Jaryd Cutler
I understand that picking a builder to partner with on any project can be daunting so let me give you a little more information about me.
I’m a local guy! I was born in Bundaberg, lived in Childers until graduating year 12 from Isis State High and then moved to Brisbane. My family and I relocated back to Bargara in 2023.
The majority of my experience in Brisbane was New Build Homes from High End Houses to Modern Townhouses. Upon moving to Bundaberg I saw a gap in the market for quality, reliability and integrity in the home renovation space.

Hayden Batt
I’m the Business Manager at JWC, taking care of the off-site side of things while letting Jaryd do what he does best – build! My usual day includes anything from estimating, ordering, scheduling, business development & much more!
Born in Bundaberg & raised in Brisbane, I returned to Bundy as a young adult. Since then I’ve gained over 10 years experience in construction & management, but I am more excited to continue learning every day.
Outside of work I love spending time with my family, heading out camping, watching the footy or cooking up something delicious on the smoker!
Ella Hauser
I’m the Business Operations Coordinator at JWC, I love connecting with clients, developing practical plans, and keep day-to-day operations running smoothly. I’m passionate about driving process improvement initiatives and ensuring the right systems are in place for our team to perform at their best.
Most days you’ll find me involved mostly in pre-construction work; quotes, client selections, order and lots of client comms! I spend time ensuring our systems are up-to-date and streamlining our processes.
I have over seven years of experience in Operations, with a diverse background spanning across Emergency Services, Consulting, and Business Operations. I was born in Bundaberg, spent my teenage years in the Sunshine Coast and Brisbane, and moved back to Bundy with my 2 daughters in 2024.
Amber Bassanovic
As the social media manager I get to share the incredible work our team does & give you a little peek behind the scenes of what goes into creating beautiful projects.
I’ve owned two successful businesses but these days, my heart is happiest at home creating my own content, baking from scratch, being with my husband & daughters + spending time out in the paddock with all of our animals
I’ve always loved creating content, so bringing the JWC journey to life online feels like the perfect fit.
I’m so excited to keep showing you more of our projects, the people behind them & the passion that goes into building our client’s projects.
Jasmine Gill
At JWC, I started as the Office Coordinator for my first two years before transitioning now into the Finance & Business Reporting side of the business. My role involves keeping our financial records organised and up to date, while also preparing a range of financial reports and analysis to help identify where we should focus our time, resources, and efforts as a business. I thoroughly enjoy this side of the business, as it strongly aligns with both my interests and my University studies.
I grew up in Bundaberg, then after school I moved to Brisbane where I’m currently studying at University. When I’m not working or studying, you’ll usually find me on the netball court, at the beach, or spending quality time with friends and family.
I’ve always loved working with numbers and people, so I really enjoy this role. Stepping into the building industry has been such an exciting and eye-opening experience for me, and I’m grateful to be part of such a dynamic industry!
